A beautiful room with a lovely view , sole use of the bathroom and shared use of a large kitchen in woodingdean is available. Shared use of car if desired, parking available. Brighton centre is 10 min per car or 30/40 min by direct bus. The room has hot drink making facilities and a mini fridge for milk and drinks. The sofa turns into a proper pull out double bed with a comfortable mattress, large work area, with the view and office chair making it ideal for working from home. On the doorstep of the downs, with breathtaking country walks, nearby rottingdean beach and a large garden. Bills are included. Sound insulation is good. You will be cohabiting with myself who is disabled and on the ground floor, and my friend, a musician who cooks for me on the top floor. Dinner can be included at extra charge. We are ideally looking for a male musician or who loves music or would like to learn. Rent negotiable extra charge for couples Smoking is permitted in the garden.
