This house is not modern or clinical, although it is clean and loved! Female only household.
You may need to be happy around pets as there is a dog in the house. I think this home could suit someone who doesn 't want a party house. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful and not noisy or studentish.
More Radio 4 than Radio1 !!

There is a pretty garden, a decent sized kitchen with table and chairs, a separate utility room and two toilets. The kitchen is big enough for Sunday lunches and curry nights and there is a barbecue and patio area for Summer evenings.
There Is a light and airy living room with comfy squishy sofas. There is an open log fire in the living room. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer.

About me ... I have travelled a lot and am now putting down roots but I like languages, Radio 4, interesting films and dog walking. I I speak Japanese and lived in Japan for a long time so Japanese students are very welcome. This room would suit someone kind, calm and quite independent.
