Barcombe is a friendly village with community hall, recreation ground and shop, outstanding primary school. Cooksbridge train station is 3 miles away. Lovely countryside walks and the beautiful river and Barcombe mills nearby. You really need a car unless you are a keen cyclist or willing to rely on infrequent countryside transport.
