About the house:

A lovely three bed house with a kitchen that leads onto a good size garden currently under renovations.

In the kitchen there is a small dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

There is a large lounge/ dining room. The bathroom has a bath and shower separately.

I co-own the house will my parents so there is no dealing with estate agents or fees.

The room contains a double bed, I can provide more furniture if required just let me know what you would need.

The housemates:

I am a newly qualified doctor who is actually moving to Chertsey for a year in July to work. I will be in Brighton at weekends and days off.

Chris is a runs a landscaping company and spends most of his spare time mountain biking. Chris and I a couple who have a very lovely but lazy greyhound so you would have to be willing to share the sofa with her.


Kathy the third housemate, is a Art student at Brighton Uni.

To keep in line with Gov recommendations we are happy to do video calls.
