A very quiet, safe and sought after location - 2 minutes walk to Goring Gap and the beach. Sea Lane cafe is a 5 minute walk away. Northbrook college is a 20 minute walk or 15 minute cycle ride away, HMRC is a 20 minute walk away. The 700 bus is at the top of the road. It's 30 minutes on the train to Brighton from either Durrington on Sea, Goring by Sea or West Worthing train stations but you will need a car to get to the station or cut through the short cut.

Local shops are a 5 minute walk away, Includes: The Mulberry pub which serves food and has giant TV's showing sport. Sainsbury's Express, KFC, breakfast cafe's, Indian, Chinese restaurants, Post Office, great selection of local shops.

The room is for one person with very clean and tidy shared kitchen and bathroom. So Sorry but not able to accommodate overnight guests, there is a lovely B&B at the top of the road or a vast selection of B&B's in the town.

Front and back garden, lovely in the summer.
