*This is a single room (1 person) with a double bed* I'm currently renting a 6 bedroom house with 5 other people in Kemp town. It's right beside the seafront and has lots of shops just around the corner. Also a bus stop is right across the road. This bedroom is the only one in the house that has a private toilet and sink. All rooms have a double bed. The rent each month is £564.33 with £20 for gas and electric and £5 for internet a month. The house is furnished and has all kitchen appliances.
