This is a surprisingly light and spacious house in central Lewes.. The spare room has a double bed for single occupancy for let. There is a family bathroom which is only used by one other person occasionally (Our daughter when visiting) and the person who takes this room. is next door to the bathroom

It is opposite the Glyndebourne bus stop - ideal for people working in Glyndebourne.

it is a great place to live for a post grad or research student as it is quiet and only a 5 minute walk to the railway station with regular connections to Falmer (Sussex university) and Brighton. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away with regular buses to Brighton and Falmer

The house (actually the old Police station!) is spacious with two living areas and so plenty of room for everyone. You are welcome to share the kitchen dining area, and TV room (basement) . Two people work from home

There is a patio outdoor space that is large enough to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee! in the open air
