Double bedroom available in a pretty three bedroom Terrace, situated on a quiet road just moments away from Brighton Station, Seven Dials and the popular Brighton Laines.

I have a bright and airy double bedroom that has a big window overlooking the pretty patio garden. It currently has a double bed frame (mattress required) but it can be removed if you’d like your own furniture.

The third bedroom is currently set up as an office that I use but can be a spare room for guests or for work purpose if required.

The lounge/diner is spacious and fully furnished offering a perfect spot for hanging out with friends or relaxing of an evening. The house has one large bathroom downstairs with a bath and separate walk in shower. The kitchen leads out to the south facing patio garden, which is a real sun trap in the warmer months and a lovely space for a BBQ.

The house itself is neutrally decorated throughout. Clean, tidy and has plenty of space for two people to live.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is a minute away from Brighton train station so ideal if you need to commute on a regular basis, which offers excellent links to London and the surrounding area. You are spoilt for choice with coffee shops, local pubs and all amenities are within a 5 minute’s walk. Brighton city centre offers a wonderful array of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is situated in parking zone Y.
