The place itself comes with a washing machine, dryer, outside patio, two bathrooms (both with showers), and a living room.

The house is located on the edge of Kemptown, nearby St James brighton. It is a 15 min walk from Brighton station, on route of the 25 bus to both Sussex and Brighton university campuses and is only a 5/10 min walk from Brighton town centre.

The contract is 7 months, the rent is £605 per month and bills are roughly £40-50 per month. You could move in from 27th December 2021. The rent comes out on the 14th of each month, so the first rental payment would be the on the 14th January 2022. The contract ends on 14th July 2022. There is also a security deposit of £651.

I am ideally looking for a university student who is over the age of 21. The house is mature/postgraduate students, it is a quiet, relaxed house. Not welcome to students who are involved in hosting large/frequent parties. But the girls do like to socialise, such as movie nights.

You will need a guarantor, a passport or driving license, or to pay the 7 months rent upfront. You also need proof of the current address you currently live
