A cozy room in gorgeous Adelaide Crescent, Hove. It's right on the beach with a beautiful manicured garden outside.

About me: I’m friendly, open minded, lgbtq+ positive. I'm 49, from Canada and am a professional photographer and artist. I love slow fashion, socialising art and music. It is a lovely space for entertaining occasionally but equally I'm pretty quiet most of the time. I do work from home and have a photography studio here where I see clients a few days a week. If you are a creative you are welcome to use it sometimes! There's a great fancy dress closet/dressing room here too!

The room is available now. Longer term is prefered but shorter term considered for the right person.

The room is lightly furnished with a single bed, a dresser, and a small wardrobe. You would have use of kitchen and bathroom. If you want to change the bed for a double you if you are staying long term you can do that.

Would suit a student or someone new to the city who travels light.
