Hi everyone, I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy of a room in Trinity Street. I am going away for a semester abroad in the Spring term so the room will be available from the beginning of January 2025 - the end of the contract on 8th September 2025. It is a two-minute walk from Elm Grove bus stop and a 20-minute walk to town. The house has 5 bedrooms, shared by a mix of 2nd and final year students (3 boys and 1 girl), who are friendly, studious and love socialising. The room is spacious and has plenty of storage. The rent is £163.01 pppw/ £652.04 pppm this includes bills.
