Charming room to rent on a very friendly road which has close access to the city centre, bus and train routes, 2 minute walk from Sainsbury's. Light and airy room which has lovely views. There is a large reception room with a dining table that seats 6 as well as sofas and arm chairs ! There is one bathroom which has a bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen also has ample cupboard space and has a nice window overlooking a view! (All these photos will be posted in a few days as I am not currently in Brighton). The current tenants are very friendly: 1 girl in her third year at the University of Sussex and 1 young professional doing garden design. Very lovely welcoming girls who will make you feel right at home, and very respectful of sound and space.
