Hi I am looking for someone to rent the spareroom after my previous flatmate moved in with their partner. I am looking for someone to stay till August 31st as I have another person lined up from then.

It a two bedroom flat on montpelier road you would be living with just me sharing a bathroom, living room and kitchen the flat comes furnished.

Flat is 10 mins from Brighton station and 5 from Churchill Square with very good transport links to the whole city and surrounding area.

Rent is £650 + bills which are usually around 180 each (this is including council tax).

I am a nonsmoker and work evenings so if you have a 9-5 you will have the flat to yourself most evenings.
