A furnished (optional unfurnished) double room is available from July in a three storey period house close to Brighton station.

Room can be furnished or not - your choice. The room has a double bed with storage under, a wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a desk with chair, and sits to the rear of the house with views of the garden.

We are two young professional women working in Brighton, with a live in landlord who is often away with work.

This is a vegetarian household; no meat or fish allowed, but eggs and dairy is ok.

Shared kitchen, living room, shower room and walled garden with patio furniture.

Fast Internet 130Mbps and WiFi boosters on every floor.

Two Neff ovens and Neff induction hob, Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Lots of space for your pans, food in the pantry and space in the fridge freezer.

Large flat screen TV and soundbar, dining table seats 8, two sofas, all very comfortable.

Three minute walk to the station, five mins to North Laine cafes, restaurants and shops, ten minutes walk to the beach. There is tons of public transport available close by if you need it, but the street itself is purely residential and surprisingly quiet given its central location. Residents’ permit parking on the street.

£800 per month including bills, plus £650 deposit. Fast Internet and all bills included.
