A lovely double room, in a semi detached house, on the edge of Lewes. Sharing with female professional, working from home in the week, working away most weekends. 15 mins walk walks into town, 5 mins walk to the top of the South Downs. Wood fired sauna in the garden. Very comfortable medium/firm memory foam mattress. Plenty of storage with 2 large fitted cupboards. The living room is also my office, so not available at all times, but welcome to eat in there. Would suit independent professional or student. Must be respectful of shared spaces, and have good, clear communication.
