It’s right off Lewes Road in Elm Grove so a great location for students whether you’re at city campus or moulsecoomb/falmer as there’s close public transport connections.

It’s got a spacious living room and a decent sized kitchen for three people. It has one bathroom which has the toilet seperate!

I’ve listed some of my housemates interests but we are all 20-21 years old. We are an all lesbian house so ideally looking for other lesbians or queer people to take my place! We love going out whether it’s a pub visit, a night out or going to local lesbian/queer events! My roommates are hugely into film and media so that’s a plus if you enjoy that as well.

The move in date is the 3rd of September so there’s time to settle before university starts again. Note it is also a 11 month tenancy!

The rent is £632.67 per month and bills are seperate with uni homes at £28.84 per month. This includes all the utilities! First months rent is due the 26th August.

The holding/security deposit is £730 and all you need is to be a student as well with a guarantor who owns a UK property and makes £22k+ a year! If this sounds good for you let me know ;)
