Great double room for a single person. All mod cons, 2 private gardens, outside seating, back garden backs onto the South Downs., with great views.

Quiet home, not a party house. On road/free parking. 5 mins walk to cliffs/sea/beach. 5 mins to bus stops which can take you directly to Brighton town centre, Brighton Marina, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Newhaven, Seaford, Eastbourne. Third bedroom is my office as i sometimes work from home. I live with a cat and a dog - so ideally looking for someone keen on animals, as these two gorgeous creatures are pretty full on.

I’m 55, gay, single, fun, easy going/relaxed. Working in health and social care management. My professional and personal values align - working in mental health, inclusion, social justice and health inequalities. This in mind, i wouldn't be keen living with anyone with far right views.

The room is furnished and at point of moving in the room will have a small double bed, memory foam mattress, bedside draws, clothes storage unit, desk and desk chair. I am unable to store furniture if you have your own - sorry.

This is a cool, safe, happy, inclusive and loving house and home, so ideally looking for someone keen on supporting this lifestyle and culture. :-)

Storage space in the house is really limited, so might not be for you if you have lots of belongings.

Short term stays considered.

Deposit and one months rent in advance to secure room.
