My name is Steve I am 62 years old.

I have a son Frankie who is 14. He lives with me 4 nights a week, when i do have him he is at school from 7.30am until 5pm and on some evenings is out football training.

I have an extremely friendly dog Ralph who is very chilled.

We live in Saltdean 1 minute walk from the beach and bus stops. Which is a 15 minute bus ride from Brighton central.

I have a double room with en suite and walk in wardrobe to rent out. £850 per month or near around this price including All bills ( council tax, gas, electric, etc) free WIFI, access to washing machine and all modern cooking facilities.

I own a business so i am at work from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

I have a dog walker twice a day to walk my dog.

We are extremely friendly people and it is a happy household.
