I have a double room in my home available to professionals, clean, friendly, quiet individuals!

It has a double bed and brand new mattress. And a small chest of drawers. I have previously used this as an office but cleared out space in order to welcome a tenant :)

I have another room currently tenanted. We are both male, professional. (Engineer and Doctor).

We are both Muslim, so halal food preferred to be used within the house.

There is a main bathroom, and downstairs WC. Living room, kitchen, and garden space. Free street parking available outside the house (no permit required).

Walking distance to David Lloyd and large Tesco supermarket.
