Sharing with me (landlady) in a large 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment.

The room for rent is a fully furnished double room with built-in wardrobe, TV, drawers, comfortable chair, double bed and a southerly aspect, with it's own toilet/small bathroom directly opposite the room (see notes below). There is a shower and bath in the main large bathroom - which we will share. The kitchen is fully equipped and available to you - with a dining area/breakfast bar. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a 16 apartment characterful block very close to the beach (5min walk) and Worthing town centre (10min walk). There is a lift and stairs in the block.

I work full-time and enjoy relaxing in the evenings and weekends. Hopefully, you will also be in a similar situation and will welcome a comfortable and safe place to live.

Even though we are located close to the centre of Worthing, this area is quiet. With good restaurants, shops, garage and bars just around the corner. Plus Worthing promenade (5 miles long) and parks (Marine Gardens and Victoria Park) close by.

Worthing town has many shops, cafes, bars, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, nightclubs and a beautiful pier, with the south downs just a 10min drive away.

Worthing train station is a 12 min walk away with great connections to London (90mins) and destinations along the south coast, including Brighton (20mins).

We have a communal garden with a bench if you want to spend time here.

I'm looking for someone who also works and wants a comfortable and quiet place they can feel at home in.

There is on-road parking just outside: Free between 6pm-9am - Mon-Sat & free all-day on Sunday. Or free parking anytime just a two min walk away. Further options available if you purchase Parking Permits.

I will also consider a Mon-Fri rental at a reduced cost - please get in touch with any questions.

As it is an apartment (and not a house), I would prefer to share with a female.

Please note: The room is set up with two single beds atm as I am waiting for my current bookings/ obligations to finish so that I can create a double-bed room. I will be replacing the singles with a double bed (similar to the photo I've added). The TV, comfy chair, drawers and any other necessary furniture will be installed before your arrival. I will post a photo here if it happens before you arrive.
