I have a room 5min walk from EDGH Eastbourne hospital. Available Mon, Tue, Wed and Thursday nights. In a newly modernised bungalow in Eastbourne. I live near, 5mins walk, to the Eastbourne district hospital in a quiet safe cul de sac. It's about a 10min walk to the rail station. Shops less than 5mins, several pubs in various directions. Sunny garden/conservatory. All mod cons including an in-room TV, king-size bed, WiFi. safe ample parking. Why not google my location BN21. let me know if you are interested.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who doesn't need the room for the whole 7 days a week, Mon to Fri would be great, I am flexible, and we can discuss rent.
My last renter (lady) was with me for 4 years and worked as a locum at the hospital.
