great bus routes to brighton (10 mins ) and direct bus route to Brighton station off street parking , very close to Saltdean beach the newly refurbished Lido and white cliffs cafe , also small local shops including VIP pizza and domino’s
Would prefer a cat lover as I have 4 .
They are extremely friendly although one is now 26 yrs old and very sedentary .
Would suit professional or student and a non smoker is preferred
