Fiveways is a fantastic residential area with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, cafes, take aways, pubs etc. etc. all within easy reach of the city centre and the university campuses. There are buses every ten minutes to the city centre, London Road train station is ten minutes walk away and there is on street parking outside the house. I live and work from home. I have three children in their early thirties who live nearby, each with young children of their own and they call in regularly. So a liking of small children is fairly important. The room is likely to suit a student or post grad student, English or Foreign Nationals welcome. Currently, The rooms are furnished, the house has all the usual mod cons, and the all important, super fast wireless broadband. The rent includes all bills and the rooms are let on a self catering basis with lodgers sharing the facilities of the house. I like to see the usual references, confirmation of identity and status as a student or employee. I ask for one months rent as returnable security deposit and one months rent in advance.
