The house is situated in a mill conversion in a quiet residential mews, just off of Dyke Road. There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and organic vegan shops nearby.

You’ll be blessed with numerous parks on your doorstep. The closest is Dyke Road Park (including landscaped gardens, cafe, tennis courts and outdoor theatre).

The house is in a great location, around 15 min walk to either Hove or Brighton centres. Preston Park is the closest train station (0.5miles). Also close to Seven Dials area. The 27 bus to Saltdean (via Brighton) or the 77 bus to Devil's Dyke run from right around the corner (1 min walk from the house). London Road with Duke of Yorks cinema is also in easy reach (15 min walk).

You’ll be sharing with Bobby, a fun and easy-going 39 y/o professional, and two cats Amalfi and Russo 😻😻. The cats are both male and are very loving and cuddly. We’re looking for an independent professional who enjoys chats, cooking and movie nights but also there’s no pressure as I have a busy schedule as no doubt you do.

The house is clean and quiet. More of a sanctuary than a party house but I’m very sociable and you are welcome to have friends over.

Looking for someone warm, kind & friendly, who is up for a laugh 🙏.

I work a mixture of from home, in the office and from a co-working space. There is a third bedroom set up as an office so we may be able to co-ordinate our schedules so each of us can use this on our respective wfh days.

Bills including council tax (band D) 😬, wifi, energy and water are roughly £180 a month.

Move in date is expected to be around 1st September 😊
