Hi, I’m Bob, I have a large en-suite double bedroom to let, enough space to use as living room too. Good storage space in shower room also. Lodger needs to be in full time work, Saltdean is a 15 minute bus journey to Brighton. I have five adult kids, they visit from time to time and have their own room. Have a cat, Jeff…she’s in charge! She’s deaf, old and has no teeth…talks a lot and jumps when you come into the room. Room would suit sensible, independent individual who wants a safe base camp in a quiet location, just outside of Brighton. Ten mins walk to sea front, local shops and South Downs.
