TEN MINUTES WALK FROM HOSPITAL
WOULD SUIT MEDIC
Lovely quiet, light double bedroom available from 5th August 2026 The current occupants are myself (in my 60s living mostly on a separate floor with my own bathroom) and another lodger- currently female. You would share a shower room and toilet on the 1st floor with the other lodger.
It’s a friendly house where privacy is also respected. There is a friendly and very furry cat.
The house is a bright Victorian 3 story old style house with small plant-filled yards front and back. The living/dining room on the bottom floor has big windows, comfy sofas and a wood burner for the Winter., also dining table and chairs.
The road is a very quiet cul-de-sac street in Kemptown full of families with children, students and an eclectic mix of friendly people. We are really close to bus links 7 and 1/1X and it's walkable to the sea and East Brighton Park, onto the Downs.
We’re looking for a professional or student working outside the home Mon-Fri days, not really a home worker. We live quietly, not a lot of music or socialising in the house most of the time. We do not have a TV or licence currently but can negotiate on getting a license again.
