The flat is 2 minutes walk from Brighton train station. Parking is available by residents permit only.

I am a professional, I work in London and from home some of the week. I have a cockapoo for half of the time I am here, so any lodgers must be comfortable with dogs (she is quiet, well behaved and non-shedding). Ideally looking for quiet respectful lodgers. Part-time arrangements considered.
