About the attic room: This is a very private space and almost a studio at 7x4 meters in size. Cosy in the winter with the stormy clouds gathering on the horizon. Summer months it is bright and warm and you can watch the sun as it sets to the West. The terrace is perfect for star gazing/yoga. This really is a very magical space.
Close to both Brighton General Hospital and RSCH.
10 minutes walk up to Sheepcote Valley for great walks and views over the south coast. South Downs Way is also a walkable distance.
Situated just north of the Queens Park area. Resident permit parking during the day in the street and free to park 8pm - 9am. A good bus route nearby will get you into the town centre and beyond. Or a 20 min walk down through lovely Hanover and The Lanes and bus it back up the hill later in your day.
In the rest of the house there is a decent size kitchen with dishwasher, sitting room with wood burner, wireless broadband internet and a small garden. Washing machine also available. It is a quiet house during the working week but friendly and up for chats in the kitchen when lives collide!
For remote workers £990 is the monthly rent.
This is a ‘live in’ landlady situation with house guests from time to time but you won’t know anyone else is there as the space is so private.
