great bus routes to brighton (10 mins ) and direct bus route to Brighton station . Lots of off street parking which is free ,very close to Saltdean beach the newly refurbished Lido and white cliffs cafe , also small local shops including VIP pizza , post office , local Indian takeaway , domino’s and Co op
Would prefer a cat lover as I have 4 .
They are extremely friendly although one is now 27 yrs old and very sedentary .
Would suit professional or student and a non smoker is preferred
I’m a working professional as is my son ,
I’m very creative and respectful of space , love a chat and a laugh
I’m very easy going but respect and consideration is utmost important. Happy for friends and partners to stay on occasion
