The room is a double room in a 5 bed house in Hove. Situated between Brunswick Square and Palmeria Square. 5 mins from the sea, 2 minutes from shops/cafes.
Current house is made up of 2 guys and 3 girls, all friendly and social.
The house has a private landlord.
Rent is £600 pcm not including bills, paid in cash to the landlord. Bills approx £120 Inc council tax. Council tax band D.
Ideally looking for someone between the age of 23-30. Professionals perferred
I'm moving out as I have found a new place to live with my girlfriend.
The house is spaced out over 3 floors, with two bathrooms, two kitchens and a large sunny living room.
No pets.
