We have a light and cosy double bedroom available in our beautifully refurbished house. I live here with my partner and our 6 year-old son. Our home is conveniently located near a bus stop with services running every 10 minutes to the town centre, and it's just a 25-minute walk to Preston Park train station. There's also free parking available on our street and easy access to the A23.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful lodger, ideally a university student or a professional. As non-smokers, we request the same. You must also be comfortable with children. I sometimes work from home, so we're seeking a lodger who does not work from home.

Our previous lodger stayed with us for 5 years, and sadly has just moved out.

Rent is £675 per month, which includes all bills and internet. One month’s rent is required upfront, along with a £350 deposit.
