I’m a relaxed clean and tidy woman with a small three bed Victorian terraced house near to the Boundary Road, Victoria Park and not far from Rockwater!
I have a small sunny double room to let.
I am rarely home as I work two jobs and I’m very sociable and active out of the house in my spare time, so you’d often have the place to yourself. It’s a quiet house with a little sunny patio within minutes walk to shops, and Portslade or Fishersgate station.
I am warm and approachable with a good sense of humour, but most importantly I’m easy going and respectful. I like my privacy as my life is so busy, but I wouldn't mind sharing the odd wine/cuppa if you fancied a chat! I’m happy with a well behaved dog but I can’t accept cats I’m afraid. Ideally I want someone who works full time. The occasional work from home is possible in the kitchen or lounge, but it wouldn’t be suitable on a regular basis as you would be disturbed.
I am learning to surf and skate! I sail at the local yacht club, I paddle board and I practise aerial arts. I don’t have a party house . Infact there are rarely any visitors so it’s a quiet peaceful home.
I’m also happy for a shorter term, month by month basis if you just need somewhere temporarily. . Let me know if you would like to chat.
