Hiya! I am a female living with my Samoyed (dog). I have a 3 bedroom house with a garden in Angmering (tax Band D) . I am looking for a lodger for my large double bedroom with own private bathroom, within the room there is a sideboard for a TV, Large mirror, chest of drawers, lamp and a double bed. This room is particularly large for you to have your own living space in there also. The private bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, sink and mirror. There is a kitchen, downstairs toilet, lounge area and garden that you can use, although would appreciate if I am there; that particularly the lounge and garden, are respected so that I can have my own space. There is a private car parking space, which does have an electric charging port (fees would have to be discussed if you would like to use this). Any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me!
