LOOKING FOR/PREFER: friendly domesticated FEMALE who is NON-smoking and currently working full time to join us in our lovely home. The room is a light, sunny, double-bedded room, simply furnished, with a stripped wooden floor,

The house is well equipped wireless internet, washing machine, garden etc. The rent includes all of the bills including council tax (except phone)
We have a little garden, nice and sunny to sit/eat out in on warmer days.

a few minutes walk to the beach and 25 minutes walk to Brighton town centre. Very near to useful bus routes and 15 minutes on bus to the station. Handy for Sussex County and Marina. Also regular bus to Sussex Uni. on a small high street with cafes and Aldi etc

I work at home as I have my own market craft business. Interests include film, vegan cooking, personal development, travel. Running.
