Hi there!

I have a large double room available in my lovely two-bed flat very close to Lewes station and am looking for someone sociable, considerate, and responsible to share the space. Could be short term (eg just for August) or ongoing so do drop me a line and we can discuss your situation.

It’s a very convenient location for Brighton / London and has the town centre and all of the South Downs on your doorstep. Lewes is a lovely place to live if you’re looking for access to Brighton but somewhere a bit more peaceful to call home.

Fast Broadband / Wifi, council tax, free off-road parking all included. Weekly rate £175 all inclusive payable a week in advance.

No smokers / couples please and sadly no pets. Not suitable for working from home as I work here myself in the day.
