A bright single room with the seafront at the end of the road. Walking distance to the downs, local parks and the town centre.
Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen with myself. Check interests to see if you think we would get along. Im a support worker who has been living in Eastbourne for around 15 years.
The flat is on the first floor of a converted Victorian house. It is a quiet building and neighbourhood. The room is next to the bathroom with the living room and kitchen between sleeping spaces, so is a relatively peaceful, private space.
There is a large cupboard next to the room which will be at your disposal to use for storage or as a wardrobe.
I can be flexible with what furniture you would like in the room as I have various pieces which could go in there. I do not possess a tv or tv licence so if you wish to watch live television you would need to purchase one yourself, but there is high speed internet and Wi-Fi.
I am looking to share with a professional or busy student, meaning someone who is out and about a reasonable amount of the time. The flat is south facing and benefits from lots of sunshine. There is a large communal garden that the flat looks out over. A couple of days a week i look after an old lady pug, so you will need to be ok with dogs.
