We have two spare rooms, both are good double rooms although we currently have single beds in there ( these csn be removed if necessary). Pretty much the entire house has been recently redecorated, new double glazed windows and a newly fitted kitchen with appliances. The house benefits from good central heating and is well insulated so it stays very warm in the winter. The house has a small back garden with garden dining furniture and washing lines for use when the weather allows. The house also has two full sized bathrooms. There is free on street parking, the nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk that will take you into Worthing town centre or the big Tesco’s nearby. Locally there are some small supermarkets, convenience stores, a couple of nice pubs and some parks. We’re also situated very close to the A27 and A24. Worthing college is a 20-30 minute walk.

Both rooms are fully furnished with cupboards, double wardrobes and single beds and a small fridge. We are currently redecorating both rooms and also fitting new carpets and doors with new locks. The rent includes all bills including broadband internet (with fair usage), use of the kitchen, cooking utensils and all appliances (with fair usage).

About us.
We’re a family of 3 adults, we’re all working full time. It’s mostly a peaceful and quiet house. Our daughter likes to travel so is sometimes away for short periods, our main hobby is being musicians, I play piano and other assorted instruments, my wife sings, our daughter sings and plays guitar. And we play in a band. We have our own recording studio and make regular use of it but don’t worry, it’s entirely 100% soundproof so you’ll never actually hear us.
