I have a small, cosy box room available in our friendly, sociable home in Shoreham-by-Sea.
It’s ideal for a commuter, someone working shifts, or anyone looking for an affordable, long-term base by the sea. The room is small, but the house is homely, relaxed and a little bit quirky — definitely more home from home than anonymous house share!
You’d be sharing with me and my daughter Zahla. We’re sociable and friendly, and we’re looking for someone considerate, easy-going and happy to share a home.

🌊 The location is brilliant for getting around We’re close to the sea, the River Adur, Shoreham town centre, Tesco, M&S, McDonald’s and Wadurs Pool.
It’s also around a 20-minute bus ride into Brighton, and we’re roughly halfway between Brighton and Worthing, making it a great base for either direction.
🚲 Especially good for cyclists: close to National Cycle Route 2, with routes towards both Brighton and Worthing, as well as easy access to the South Downs and Downs Link.
🏥 Great for hospital/shift workers too, with Worthing Hospital and Brighton General Hospital accessible from Shoreham or Shoreham Airport.
