I have a room to rent in my flat in St George, very close to St Georges Park, Church Road shops, cafes & bus routes.

I often work away so I'm looking for an independent professional lodger who would regularly have the flat to themselves. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful to enjoy and look after the place when I'm out of town. When I am not away, I work from home so please note this is not suitable for home working.
