Hi! We are a girl and two guys, looking for a flatmate for the next academic year.
We have an available room in a 4 bedroom house at 10 Claremont Avenue BS7 8JE, starting on the 16th of August. The house has one living room, one kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer.

We need a university student in second year or above, preferably quiet.
