The room is on the first floor of our property and comprises of a king size bed, large sliding wardrobe with a mirrored door, large chest of drawers, desk and chair, comfy arm chair. The bathroom has a shower, a bath, a sink, a toilet, a bidet and a heated towels rail.
Our house is a large property so we all can enjoy our own space.
There is parking space, storage for a bike ( cycling path been just 30 seconds from us), vegetable garden you can use, ....
We have 2 daughters, 15 and 6 years old, very well behaved, as well as 2 border collies, 2 cats, horses and other farm animals as our home is a small holding.
Smoking is allowed but outside the house.
We had 3 previous lodgers who really enjoyed staying with us, one so much she stayed 5 years! They will be happy to give you references if requested.
We are looking ideally for a student or professional who likes to keep busy, enjoys the family spirit, loves animals with a good nature.
There is a possibility to rent one of our stable too, at home, with equestrian facilities.
