The house is within a 20 minute public travel route from Glenside campus and a 30 minute route to Frenchay. Despite being on a quiet 'no through road', Fishponds road and local shops are also very close by.

The house itself is large and consists of 4 bedrooms with their own locks, a large shared living room and large rear garden. 2 of the rooms will be occupied next year, leaving 2 available at £430 and £460.

The smaller upstairs North East facing room will have a brand new 4'6" double bed installed on the 12th, with an existing wardrobe and desk.

The larger downstairs South West facing room is highly spacious, also with a wardrobe and larger desk and 4'6" double.
