I have a double room available in my home located in Lyde Green, a newly built area of Emersons Green.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, two sets of drawers and there's plenty of space for a desk or extra storage.

The kitchen/Diner is our communal space. We all lead individual lives but always good for a chat whenever we cross paths. Friendly and equally respectful of privacy.

The garden looks great in the summer (a little sad in the winter) and has room for outdoor bike storage accessible via the gate. There's a shared parking space with one other in the house and plenty of on street parking.

Within walking distance is a Sainsbury's local and the Emersons Green Retail Park. The Ring Road has several gyms, pubs and restaurants. There's also a David Lloyd that has just opened up around the corner.
