I am renting out my spare room in Kingswood close to the methodist church on the a420 (20minute bike ride into town) for 390pcm. The room is 4mx3.6m and is a double. Bills are 80, and include utilities, wifi, and council tax.

I am a metalworker who works 8-4.30 week days. I am into climbing, biking, swimming. I am trying to learn piano at the moment, and I try and push my self in self sustaining arts. (gardening, brewing, want to try cheese making)

I would like someone who is clean respectful, doesn't take themselves to seriously, and around my age 32.

A months notice period applies, and first months rent will be two months worth to cover that notice period.
