We have a small double room in our lovely family home available to rent Mon - Fri. We are looking for a FEMALE lodger who genuinely doesn't mind living with a family and pets. We have 2 teenagers, 2 cats and a dog. Sounds busy, but we are generally a chilled family who mostly enjoy quiet evenings at home during the week. The spare room overlooks our garden and is next to the family wet room. You will also have use of our large kitchen/dinner.
We live in a friendly street in Southville, close to the Tobacco Factory and vibrant North Street which is home to lots of independent shops and cafes. Also not far from the harbour and city centre.
Please note that we do character reference checks before hand and we do not accept overnight guests. We prefer non home workers.
Rent is £400 for Mon-Fri lets.
