Hello! I live in Southville and my en suite room will be available on a Monday evening to Friday morning basis from 1st January.

The room is a good size and nicely furnished. It has an en suite shower room and its own living space directly underneath.

I have a small friendly dog and it would be great to know that he has company if I go out for a few hours in the evening.

I'm a 41 year old self-employed property manager and I work from home. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, but I would like to think that it is quite homely too!

North Street and Wapping Wharf are a short walk away and it is very easy to live here without a car, but on-street permit parking is available if you do need it.

Rent is £25 per night, payable monthly in arrears, subject to a minimum of £250 per month. I am also happy to consider full-time letting on a short term basis (max 2 months) at £750 per month.
