Small double bedroom available from the 1st January, first floor, in a shared house with other 3 people in Downend Road, Horfield, walking distance to Aldi, Lidl and Home Bargains. 5 minutes to Gloucester Road and 1 to Muller Road.

£385 per month excluding bills - which are around £40 per month

We are a very friendly group of 3 who enjoys to hang out together and have a chat when our busy schedules align😆 We absolutely love our house which has been recently renewed and has all kind of comforts (tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, huge American fridge etc.). We are looking to share it with a mature full-time student (PhD or Master's level) who's friendly and chill, but also clean, tidy, and respectful.

It is a friendly house, meaning that we are friends and we like to spend time with each other, but we tend to be quiet in unsociable hours during the week (not a party house)
