We are looking for a considerate, easy going full time professional or student to share our home. The room is a large furnished loft space, which is quiet, light and airy and with its own en suite and great view. You would have shared access to the kitchen/diner and garden.

The house is in Greenbank and close to the Greenbank pub, cemetery and local amenities including St Marks Road. It has excellent access to bus and train routes and the cycle path.

We are a busy, hardworking and sociable couple with a young family and a (very sleepy and docile!) cat.

The rent is £500 pcm - inclusive of all bills and broadband. Sorry no couples.

We make every reasonable effort as a household to follow Covid guidelines around hygiene and social distancing so this is important to us for anyone moving in as well as it seems this situation could be rumbling on for quite some time.
