Spacious loft room available in 4 bed house share in Redfield. The house has lots of communal space including a large kitchen, dining & living room. Room is £680 per month and deposit is £500. All bills are included.

The house is situated on a quiet road next to Redfield/St George high street that has shops, supermarkets and a good selection of cafes and bars. It’s around 35 minutes to walk into the centre of town or a short cycle - the Bristol to Bath cycle path is only a few streets away. It’s next to main bus routes with buses every five minutes. There are also two parks and a train station a short walk away.

In our 4 bed house share you’ll be joining myself, an easy going live-in landlord and one other girl and guy. It’s a fun, welcoming, sociable and tidy home and we enjoy films, festivals, cycling, board games & often do stuff together. In the lounge we have Netflix, amazon prime, Now TV and Disney Plus. We’ve got high speed internet and a cleaner who comes fortnightly for communal areas is included.
