Hi, this is a large double room available in a spacious house in an excellent location - very close to Glos Rd. You would be sharing with me and, temporarily, my son who is 28 and will just be here for a few months until the summer.

It would suit an independent, reasonably quiet person with a sense of humour. I’m not looking for the type of ‘house share’ where we cook meals together and share a social life, though I’m friendly and open to having a chat.

All bills included.
Monday-Friday lets also considered, with negotiation on the rent.
